Xactly Intelligence represents a genuine leap in how AI can be applied to revenue operations - Technically this is one of the stronger submissions in the category. The architecture story is well constructed. The weak spot is the results section, only two customers data than broad metrics.**** The nomination has metrit and good tech narrative but it needs evidences to corroborate those tech specks. That would be the best in my view**** ~The platform reduced development cycles from weeks to minutes ~The deployment of 362 agents in production demonstrates the platform utility. ~NLP allow non-technical staff to build business logic and apps. - ~The platform reduced development cycles from weeks to minutes ~The deployment of 362 agents in production demonstrates the platform utility. ~NLP allow non-technical staff to build business logic and apps.**** Xactly Intelligence represents a forward-thinking evolution of enterprise AI, moving from predictive analytics to true agentic orchestration within mission-critical revenue workflows. By combining two decades of domain expertise with secure, multi-agent architecture, the platform demonstrates how AI can execute complex business logic. The emphasis on governance, interoperability, and autonomous workflow execution sets a strong benchmark in the Sales Performance Management space. - Technically impressive submission with strong architectural depth, particularly the move toward multi-agent orchestration and protocol-first interoperability via MCP. The domain grounding in 20 years of compensation data is a great differentiator. To strengthen the nomination, the economic framing of the “performance gap” could be sharpened and the business impact more well-quantified (e.g., percentage reductions in plan build time, compliance errors, revenue leakage, or administrative overhead etc. etc.). Many results are described directionally rather than with measurable changes in metrics. Clarifying what was uniquely delivered in the last 12 months versus ongoing platform evolution would also make the submission more compelling.**** Covering all bases very well… will prefer if some end user recommendations were added**** Xactly Intelligence presents a strong use of AI to improve sales performance management and revenue operations. The platform combines predictive, generative, and agent-based AI to automate complex processes such as incentive planning, compensation modeling, and data exploration. The use of proprietary benchmarking data and natural language interaction helps business teams make faster decisions and reduces manual work. Overall, the solution demonstrates clear operational benefits for organizations managing large sales teams. - The nomination describes an interesting move toward agent-based orchestration in the sales performance management space. The architecture using RAG, APIs, and multi-agent workflows appears technically solid. However, some claims such as “first agentic SPM framework” are difficult to verify and several impact metrics are described through examples rather than concrete measured results. While the concept is promising, the submission could provide stronger quantitative evidence of measurable business impact at scale.
Shareable with colleagues and stakeholders.

The technology behind Xactly is impressive and I see an opportunity to frame it as a catalyst for better business decisions and outcomes. This submission does a great job explaining Xactly's technology, but it could be more convincing by balancing that with more real-world examples of how teams and organizations are benefiting from it. Technically this is one of the stronger submissions in the category. The architecture story is well constructed. The weak spot is the results section, only two customers data than broad metrics. It looks like you did a great job, but the benchmark results are not clearly described, how did you make the difference? ~The platform reduced development cycles from weeks to minutes ~The deployment of 362 agents in production demonstrates the platform utility. ~NLP allow non-technical staff to build business logic and apps. Clarifying what was uniquely delivered in the last 12 months versus ongoing platform evolution would also make the submission more compelling. Overall, Xactly’s nomination highlights a groundbreaking approach to Sales Performance Management (SPM) through the use of Agentic AI. The focus on autonomy, interoperability, and operational agility is commendable and demonstrates clear technical leadership. However, the narrative is overly technical, which may limit its accessibility and impact. There is also a lack of emphasis on the human and business-centric outcomes of the innovations. Xactly presents a vision for modern revenue operations, moving beyond dashboards and spreadsheets toward an AI-enabled system that helps leaders plan, forecast and manage incentive compensation faster and more consistently. I felt the pitch leaned more on "how it works" narrative without enough validation to support. A few proven customer outcomes would've been great! The technical development of the single-model analytics to multi-agent orchestration with 362 deployed agents is amazing and documented. The MCP-based protocol-first architecture is modern and makes Xactly well-placed in agentic AI age. I would have preferred more customer outcome stories - “weeks to minutes” is great, but I would like to read a story of a particular customer as to the situation before and after to make the argument stronger. Nicely described. Great detail! Strong submission that deserves serious consideration. The domain focus, proprietary data, and agentic architecture make it feel genuinely differentiated, and the technical vision is credible.
That said, the submission leans more on broad claims and anecdotes than hard, platform-level evidence, and for a first-of-its-kind story, will likely expect stronger validation. It would be stronger with clearer articulation of what was uniquely built and more concrete customer impact. The nomination describes an interesting move toward agent-based orchestration in the sales performance management space. The architecture using RAG, APIs, and multi-agent workflows appears technically solid. However, some claims such as “first agentic SPM framework” are difficult to verify and several impact metrics are described through examples rather than concrete measured results.
